We offer a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with Capaccino for any reason during that window, simply reach out and we will process your refund promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- The email address used to purchase your license.
- Your order or license key (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helpful so we can improve).
We typically respond within one business day. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you cancel within the 30-day window of a new billing cycle and have not used the App extensively, we are happy to consider a prorated refund — just get in touch.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. Chargebacks that are disputed and won may result in license deactivation.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in the rare case of suspected abuse of the policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests). We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.
